Cancellations, returns and exchanges are not accepted.  If there is an issue upon receiving the item(s), a message must be sent with photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. All RTS item(s) will ship in 1-4 business day M-F. Once your package has left my hands I can not garuntee anything from delays to damage.
